No matter the industry, QA-VS provides two types of expediting services that include Field Expediting and Desk Expediting. With our global range, QA-VS can facilitate your Field Expediting needs for all types of procured equipment, machinery and components. Our Global Expeditors are managed in our PIVOT system and are identified for each client. Field Expediting is performed at the site of Manufacturing, Fabricating, Machining, Setup, Assembly, Shipment as well as Laboratory Facilities. QA-VS Desk Expediting can be conducted from any remote location. Our expediters maintain constant contact with suppliers and project personnel. 


Progress against the approved schedule is continually checked, rigorously documented, and any unacceptable delays are mitigated with all involved parties.


QA-VS Expediting services can be started at any time for any number of reasons for any project. However, we always encourage to choose the preventative upfront expediting route. Including expediting services from the  beginning with the project team and suppliers assists in identifying complications, bottlenecks and a vast array of other foreseeable delay causing matters. QA-VS expediting services include for example a pro-active review of the production documents, manufacturing process, special packing requirements, and shipment of materials. In addition, it may also be applied to other utilized subcontractors.
